  2. Got my 10mil a&s togther and running in a stock frame with +10 swinger. I get killed on takeoff and have to catch up. Runs hard once its Hooking. It's not hooking up at all on the hit.. It's geared 14/40 and running 22/12/8 12paddle extremes. More paddles or more gear?

  5. This is an 06 Yamaha R6 with 11,xxx miles and miles will go up as I ride. Is in very very good condition. No leaks, sounds, smoke anything bad. Has a new battery and tire this year. Never laid over and a great bike. Its averaging 37mpg in town. Not a thing wrong and no issues period. Love the bike and just posting to see what may interest me. Bike has a clear clean titlein hand.   9. Help me here. So alky carbs without power jets? How's that work? Not bashing just curious.
  10. No typo. Jets size is relevant to many things. The dumps being much larger than stock will change the main jet needed to achieve a desired a/f. Trust me i was a little lost. Yep was pig rich on the chop and bike was only revving to 8300ish. Maybe the cause of the ring being so high up on plug. Defantly differant
  11. Finally figured it out. The dumps had been drilled on these carbs and I didn't know it. Was way way way rich. Dropped from a 360 down to a 230. Runs like a top

  13. It seemed large to me. I figured the small carbs could only flow so much air regardless of engine size.
  14. Wat do you think. Up on mains and down on needle and pilots? That's alot of changes but would make a big change...
  15. 30mm atleast. Not ideal by any means but what I have to work with at the moment.
  16. Any idea why ring is so high up? Think drop pilot to 27.5? This is a 465 cub btw
  17. About 1 3/4 out. Played around and this starts fantastic and has a nice idle.
  18. Has a 30 pilot and 360 main. Needle on middle clip. Iv done other chops with success. The ring being so high up has me confused.

  20. Thats two wot pulls only. Maybe 3-6 seconds of anything else. It idles all day. Responsive right of idle. Weak midrange. Topend does ok but nothing like it should
  21. That's why I posted for advise lol. It's got me confused as hell.
  22. Warmed it up on old ones. Swapped to these and made a 1-5th pull then killed and coasted. Then another pull back, killed it and coasted.
