OK i had already read that, Cheers, so what do u think I am doing wrong?

hey all, just replace the carrier , its a standard one, (bought from ebay all rebuilt including bearings installed with spacer etc) got it all back together and gone to tighten my axle nuts and if i lock the first one up it is damn difficult to spin the carrier on the axle freely (which doesnt seem right), but if I back it off slightly its still tight but not so bad. Does it only need a pre load or should it be locked up? HELP HELP! thanks in advance!
