  1. I got my Banshee home yesterday and began to check all connections and I got it started in about an hour. The real problem was that one of the cables that go to the ignition lock wasn´t attached to the ignition lock, the connection between the ignition lock itself and the cable was broken off. That was the first problem, and the previous owner had an aftermarket switch with a tether and he had probably cut the wires to that when the engine lost it's spark. But the thing he didn't think about is that the cables aren't suppose to be connected to each other which he had done. So i fixed these 2 problems and now it runs good, it even had aftermarket pipes, aftermarket air filter and newly changed pistons that has only runned 5-10 hours. The problem now is to get some grip, it's full of snow outside!
  2. Yes i saw a good FAQ here on this forum about that, will be checking that when I get it home. An aftermarket killswitch, how do I know if it's the original killswitch (if there even is one?) or an aftermarket? I'm sorry if my questions are a bit weird or so to you guys who already have a Banshee, but this is my first quad and I don't really know that much about the different quads out there. I'm more of a snowmobile guy, and of course I drive a Yamaha in the snow as well!^^
  3. Hello everyone! I've just bought a Banshee 350, it's from 2000. I haven't really got it home yet but will be getting it in a couple of days. It doesn't have a spark according to the owner, so my question to all of you is, what is usually the problem when a Banshee doesn't have a spark? Is it a CDI-box or something else? And where can i get spare parts from? I know i can check the stators and etc when I get it home (I saw a FAQ here about this). Any help would really be great!
