  1. OK sweet bro thanks for the info. I just road the banshee today since it had some work done. Carbs where just rebuilt and the guys I got it from had two different sized needles in and had the throttle bodies in backwards. They also removed the tors and never finished trilling for the idle screws. When i got it I thought it was slow stock but that its running good it rips.
  2. Ok thanks for the help dude.
  3. Do you have any pictures? And what kind of pipes? t5 t6
  4. Yeah I hope to be able to do pipes, cool heads, intake, re-jet, and porting. Is the welded crank necessary for those mods? I have heard once you port the motor then you will need the crank welded. And as far as suspension goes i will probably go with some stock yfz shocks. Also do you know anything about milling the head? I heard that is a lot cheaper then cool heads and i am on a pretty tight budget. thanks for your help
  5. anyone selling or know someone selling a set of used pro circuits? i tried ebay and there is a rough set for $300 with shipping but they are pretty beat. And any opinions on lrd? there is a decent set of lrds on ebay for 220 I am considering with shipping.
  6. Ok thanks for the info. What kind of pipe would you get for trails and maybe mx? thanks again
  7. Do you know what sized dome i would use for pump gas? I will check them out now. thanks for the reply man.
  8. Hey what's up Banshee HQ. I am new to banshees and I need someone to explain cool heads and domes to me. I also would like to know which ones would be good. I know one of the sponsors makes them but there is also pro design and some others. And I want to run pump gas and from what I have read that would be 22cc domes? I appreciate any help a lot Thanks for your time.
  9. Alright the stock reeds are fine now. I was under the impression that aftermarket reeds help a lot. But for the price of v-force i am better off getting some used pipes i guess. thanks for your help.
  10. Ok i will thanks
  11. Those are a lot cheaper then V-Force.. Are the cages necessary though? Just the boysen reeds are really cheap. But if the cases actually do help a bit i do not might spending the extra money. Thanks for replying.
  12. The Tors is already removed. I am just looking for something cheap to get for now. For any intake mod im thinking i am going to need to re-jet? And are boysen no good or just not as good as v-force. thanks for the reply.
  13. Hey guys whats up. I am looking to buy some reeds. This is the first mod i am going to be doing to my 2004 banshee. It is all stock. I am wondering if there will be any difference in performance between Boysen reeds or V-Force. I also want to know if they are worth buying? The reason i care so much is i have very little money and Boysen cost around $90 for both sets. V-Force is around $220. Thanks for your time.
  14. Ok sweet bro. i found a set of used lrd pipes on ebay in rough shape for 185 plus shipping. No damage just rusty and dirty but i think i can get them looking nice. And is it worth getting the v-force reeds with the cage?Or are boysen reeds that go on the stock cage good enough? They are around 90$ for both sets and the v-force are a lot more. thanks for the help I really appreciate it.
  15. Thanks man. What do you think would be the least amount of mods i could do to beat him? Do you think i could get away with just good pipes boysen reeds and re-jeting for now? I can always get the cylinders ported when i rebuilt the top end eventually. It was just rebuilt before i got it and bored .20 over. Also how much of a difference does the adjustable timing plate make? Thanks for the reply.
