i just picked up a cheetah engine for my banshee. its a 465 cc cheetah engine with a 10mm stroker crank. i need some sugestions on what kind of carbs i should put in???

my 2001 banshee starts up fine but i cant switch gears. the oil is alittle grey almost milky looking. any suggestions?
