Hello Everyone, I bring some BAD News to all of you Drag Racers and some GOOD NEWS to all the SIDE X SIDE Racers that have been attending our Event the past 5 years. We will NO LONGER be having any Drag quads at our Races, We will still have a Drag race for the Side X Sides. I really apologize to everyone for this change, but we just don't have the time to run everything in one day. We have made a decision to run a TERRA CROSS Race for the side x sides instead of the Full Sand Drags since the Majority of our business is in the 4x4 ATV and Side X Side Business. The Terra Cross course will be something along the line of a Trophy Truck course and Off Road course. We are having There will be 4 to 6 side x sides racing head to head in the Heat races and probably like 8 to 10 in the Finals. We will have Stock, Mod and RWYB classes. This should be a really fun format to watch Tripple Crown Series for Side X Sides.......We will be having a 3 race series this summer for the side x sides, We will Crown a champion after all 3 races. Round 1 June 14th @ US 27 Motorsports Round 2 August TBD Round 3 October 11th In Hasting's @ the Michigan Winterfest There will still be a Mud Bog, Obstacle Course, and Side X Side Drags at the Event in June, Please pass along this Drag Info to any of your friends or fellow racers as we don't want to have racers showing up hoping to race there Drag Quads and getting upset. . Hello Everyone, Its that time of year again for the 4th annual US 27 Motorsports Michigan Mud & Sand Drag Nationals.......Sat June 15th ....Pits & Registration Open @ 6.30 am Saturday and Registration closes @ 9.30 am. racing to start between 11 & noon Saturday. Friday Night Test & Tune for the sand drags.....starts @ 4pm and is FREE with a paid entry for Saturdays race..... Hello Everyone, It's that time of year again for the 4th annual US 27 Motorsports Michigan Mud & Sand Drag Nationals Saturday June 15th. There will be a Test & Tune session Friday night again starting @ 4pm for all the sand drag stuff. Pits & Registration will open on Saturday Morning @ 7am and Registration will close by 9.30 am no exceptions. We will try to start racing between 11 and noon. Just as we have in the past there will be a Mud Bog and Obstacle course again along with some serious Drag racing of ATV's and Side x Sides. The Obstacle course and Mud pit will be the same as last year...... Class change......Sand Drags ......RWYB will be broken into 2 different classes....RWYB 2 cylinder & RWYB 3 & 4 Cylinder ....all other classes stay the same. The Can Am Demo Trucks ( 2 Semi's ) will be here on Saturday for Demo rides of all the new product Can Am has to offer. This is a Great Family event so bring the kids and wives to come and hang out. The RZR 4 seater with 280HP turbo made some passes last night, All is good........ The 4 mill Banshee is rocking, Little xtra work made a difference The New Secret Weapon for RWYB is GAME ON, Hope everyone has there Shit Together in That class. Track Is sweat.......But Gonna be really dusty, There will be Limited Testing Tomorrow, Just so Damn Dry The obstacle course is Killer The Mud Bog, well its a mud bog........Always the funniest to watch.. Just show up and we will see what the parity is for the bikes that show up, As of right now you would be RWYB but again depending on parity I might allow you to run Mod. The rules have to stop somewhere........The same will happen for anything that shows up that is superfast like a 4 cylinder I might make a class adjustment. Lets just see who show's up and I will put them in the best class for the day. Thanks for understanding Everyone. Fred

READ THIS.........Mod class in the sand drags will be ALLOWED to have up to a 6 inch swing arm....All other rules stay the same, This class will be tech'd , this class will be allowed any tire , pipes, slip on's, clutches, gearing and thats it.....No bigger carbs, ported cylinders or after market cylinders.....Bolt on Heads will be allowed..... Hopefully this will allow some people to have a better chance in there class and anyone in the Mod class can still bump into RWYB for $10.00 Xtra Please let all your friends know about this rule change.......Everything else stays the same.... After thinking this out US 27 Motorsports has decided to Cancel the Fall Race in September, I really am Sorry not to be having this race but My key helpers can't make it because of there jobs, I have 2 key Workers getting married and going on honeymoons in September and 2 Dealer shows have come up that wern't planned......I feel with all of this going on it wouldn't be wise to hold this Event. It's hard enough with a full Staff of people letalone loosing 4 to 5 key players on this... SORRY On a good Note I am gonna bring 400 yards of sand in over the winter to add to the DRAG TRACK, Were not going anywhere and you can Mark you calenders for Fathers Day weekend Next June again. I would like to give a Big Thanks to all the Racers and Fans who showed up at our Event Last weekend, The weather held out and we had a great day of Racing. I think Overall were getting a better handle on running these events. I owe alot of friends and there familys a Big Thanks for all there time and help. I hope that everyone had fun and were treated well at the track and in my store. I am looking forward to September's Event. Hello Everyone, To answer some of the questions, Yes you can camp Friday...Space is somewhat limited so 1st come 1st serve....There is No Power or anything like that...... Yes there is Sand Drag for 4x4's, and we will have a Turbo 900 RZR ( A & S Racing ) with my son driving, so bring your a game LOL Might consider a no wheelie bar class might help out some people in RWYB class. My son is now 12 and says he is ready for some NOS......LOL Still need some thoughts on last years mod and rwyb classes are we ok to leave them as they were or do you think we need a few changes ? Remember we don't want a huge Tech Problem We need as Many 4x4's and Side x Sides as we can get so start rounding them up for us. Thanks For the nice comments on last years events, were trying.........We still just want this to be a Fun Race at the end of the day.....It's all for bragging rights.. Joe, depending on how many racers show up will determine how we run it. If we get alot of Drag Racers we will probally run 1 round of the Mud stuff while the drags are goin on. Most drag racers seemed like they liked watching the Mud stuff. What are your thoughts , do you think Drag guys want to watch the Mud Stuff ?
