have you put new spark plugs in? sounds like a fouled plug.

the same thing happened to mine after cleaning the carbs. what i did was opened up the drain screws and blew through the vent hose. got fuel to flow through the drains. tightened the drain screws back up. fired right up after that. been fine ever since. only thing i came up with is that it had an air lock in it.

yes. bushing was installed. it was the same bushing that is on the stock gear. and bushing was put back on the shaft. everything went together smoothly. this has kinda got me stumped. no parts are wore out.

installed a new wiseco cluth basket. the stock basket was wore out. i put the stock gear and backing plate on the new basket. re installed everything. got it running and now there is a rattle. it goes away after the motor gets some heat in it. so i pulled everything back apart just to make sure i didnt mis something. all was good. there is no reason why i should be hearing this rattle. so re assembled again. the rattle is still there. but will go away if you pull in the clutch. and after the motor gets some heat in it you never heare that rattle again. any ideas what to look for? or possible be wrong. never had this rattle till i switched to this wiseco basket.
