So I disconnected the tors shit and still no spark. Took the fltwheel off and omg was my stator filthy, cleaned it up with emery cloth and still no spark! How can I test the stator to see if it is junk or not?

Gonna try the tors shit and see what happens. If its still I no go Im pretty sure its the stator, cuz ive changed everything else from a buddies but and still nothing.

well it might be the key idk lol. Its a red wire connected to a black wire.

Got a nice craftsman one, what do I use ohms, volts?

Re-did the whole harness. Dont have a key or kill switch, kill switch wires are connected. How do I go about testing a coil and stator?

No PC. Just went through the wires again, and changed the cdi, and scuffed up the grounds. Still nothing! Pretty upset should have just left it ugly and wouldnt have had any problems.

Well just got done with the rebuild and now I have no spark I did take all the stock tape off and re-wrap it but that shouldnt have done anything. I have all the stuff hooked up, Im stumped and need your help!

Why do you guys only put 6PSI in the engine? I have an actual leak down tester, and from what we used them for at school in small engines we put more than 6PSI in an engine.

Oh the wallet is open lol. Just ordered some new .20 over wiseco pistons for her lol, and should get my cylinders back this week sometime. When I get it back and everything put together I will run the jets you guys recommend and see what happens. This site is pretty sweet, got a ton of good info and everyone seems to be very helpful.

Ok so I'm new to the banshee family, just got my first banshee and well it blew up . I'm not sure if it was from me or from the owner before, but it is being built right this time and I'm not taking any short cuts. It has a pro design cool head, 20cc domes, .20 over wiseco pro lite pistons, v force 3 reeds, toomey t6 pipes, stock carbs, stock air box (no lid), and uni filter. What I need to know is what jets I should run, jetting is something I have been trying to figure out for some time now lol. I'm in Ohio and the elevation level here is 1161.4 ft. Thanks guys and plan to see some pics of my bike after I get it all back together and running good.
