ok i just got my shee running and it starts right up and seems to run great. but when i put a load on it, it just wants to surge or pop. but when i free rev it, it winds right up, also when im in like 4th or 5th gear and i try to give it gas it smokes alot. also i just had the crank seals replaced. so i want to say the main jet it to big. but i know nothing about jetting and i dont know what jets are in it right now. so some info would be awsome. im going to silver lake sand dunes in 2 weeks and i need her running good. also the shee is mostly stock. only has a boost bottle and a k&n on it i beleive. also i just put new boyson reeds on today. but its done the surging sense i got the atv. oh and it only does the surging between 1/2 and full throttle......

the carbs are in sync and i tore the carbs off today to find a complety broken valve reed. so i ordered new ones today. i think that was y it wouldnt run in that cylinder haha.

thats the other thing. when i pull the choke i can keep it running longer but when i put the choke back in it revs up then dies??

ok so i just had the crank seals replaced along with the tranny pistons etc... i had a professional do all the work. but anyways i put it all back together yesterday and i had it running alright. i noticed it was breaking up during mids and full throttle. so i adjusted the spark plug gap. and it made a little bit of a difference. then i rode it all day today just to break it in and i was letting it idle for a few minutes and i decided to try to adjust the carbs and then i went down the dirt road and all of a suddon it started running like crap so i got it home and it seems to me i have a dead cylinder. i checked compression and i have 115-120. in both and i checked spark and i have plenty. then i checked the carb bowl and it had gas. i can get it to run but will only run on one cylinder. i have no clue what else to do other than maybe clean the carbs. but i have no clue what the stock adjustments are on the carbs so if anyone can help that would be great.. thanks.
