  1. I would be interested in any feed back on Vitos pistons. I learned about them after I did my top end and wondering if they get the gains they talk about. If they do then that would be a great way to go.
  2. This would case a very lean mixture towards rhe end of you running it out. Listen to some one do this and you will hear the engine rev up.
  3. Right now I use pump gas but not opposed to changing it will make a difference with changes. I ride at 5,000 ft 95% of the time and its dune riding. Changing the jetting right now is not a problem because everything is apart while getting it bored. I am running stock carbs (TORS removed) and will be adavancing timing when it goes back together. It has FMF Gold Series Power core pipes. Hopefully that helps.
  4. Long time reader first time poster. First of all thanks to all those who have given ideas and advise through other posts. Best banshee site out there. OK here is my question. I found that I had a broken shirt on one of my pistons. The bike is a 2000 and the engine has never been gone over. So i decided to take the time and replace the pistions, berings and bore it over .020. Now as you can see in the picture when the skirt went it messed up the cool head domes. Currerenly they are 19s. Will I see gain by changing the size since I am needing to buy new ones anyway?
