took my carbs apart today and cleaned them out with carb cleaner,put them back together and installed a inline fuel filter but still theres a little drip out of the overflow tubes.drove it around and noticed at 1/4 throttle seamed sluggish need help

just bought a 95 banshee completely stock i bought some golden spectro oil what is a good mixing ratio

just bought a 97 banshee not sure of the mods from what i can tell it has fmf pipes,vito head,tors eliminator kit and air filter. i noticed that my right carb just started leaking gas out of the over flow tube running or not could this be a sticking float
