i have no clue man when i bought the banshee i was told it was stock and never been rebuilt

hey im sorry if this is a question that is commonly asked and i didnt dig deep enough but any help will be greatly appreciate. ok i bent a connecting rod on my banshee and when i took off the head and cylinder walls i cant tell if the top end has been rebuilt before i was told to look on top the pistons at the numbers so i did and the only numbers i could read were 4690c the others were covered under the carbon so does any know what these numbers mean? thanks
