  1. when you raise the exhaust port your motor will make power at higher rpm which also means less low rpm power . If your jugs are ported your exhaust was already raised and if you add another .040" you might have to get off and push the fucker to get moving :) shee'll rip your arms off up top though .

get a printable degree wheel from google , glue it to something solid ,bolt it to your crank and tell us how many degrees your exhaust is open

  2. After doing a compression test on each cylinder both of them are hitting a dead on 150psi. I was actually shocked to see both were the same. Guess thats a good thing though. So with that in mind. What now?

well 150 is safe for pump gas... but WAIT! you say you have 18cc domes hmmm Rabble! Rabble! Rabble!

  3. What are your power goals?

People say if you're looking to make 60whp or more, its not worth it to weld the stocker and it might be worth your while to do a 4mil stroker.

Then later when you have more money you can pick up a Serval monoblock cylinder and make 80whp on pump gas.

x2 putting money into a stock crank/cylinder is dumb . big bore/stroker is a better investment
