I have the breather on and the threads dont seem to messed up on the cap or the tank

When Ride for a weekend on my on the banshee gas always gets on top of the tank and comes down in front of the seat. Its not absolutly excesive but its annoying. I thought their was like a Gas Cap Gasket but i could find one. What else is it?

Okay tomorrow i will take the cover off. Its odd cause the noise only happenes when its coming towards idle. The clutch also grabs great. What should i look for?

I just bout a 1989 Banshee. It has alot of work done to it, but i have come to one problem. When you rev the bike and it comes back dwn torwards an idle you cn here a noise kinda like a grind or scraping noise from where the kick starter housing is. Any suggestions?
