  1. I have burgard +2+1 a-arms, when I first installed them I have the same issue with the angle on the wheeles. When I called him back about them, he said that he had giving me the wrong upper a-arms. Made me a new set and they are golden now. I know people have complained about his customer service, I didnt have any problems but I only live 20 minutes from his shop.

  2. so I have a 4mil dune poted by FAST. I am running 28mm pwk with a k&n in an open air box( no lid), pipes are t5's. I know there is more power to be had with this motor. How much can I gain by going to 33mm carbs and better pipes like cpi, shearer, r2's ect. I figure its going to be about 1k with carbs, intakes, pods and pipes. Will it make a big enough diffrence to be worth it?

  3. I recently put together a 4mil with FAST ported cylinders. I got the play/dune port, adjustable timing set at +4, 21cc domes, v-force reeds, t-5s and 28mm pwks. The bike runs great on the trails and pulls great in the mid and top. There is more there if I went with pods, bigger carbs and some diffrent pipes. but right now I am more then happy with it. I noticed a major diffrence.

  4. so, shoud I advance my timing or should I not be running a mix? motor is a 4 mil with FAST play port, 21cc domes. I have the timing set at +4. I am at 800ft above sea level. I am at 165psi on each side.

  5. So I had my bike dialed in well for 93 octane and with 165psi on each cylinder I decided to change to a 50/50 mix with 120 and 93. Question is, do I need to rejet for this? I rode it today (first time since change) and it doesnt feel the same. Thanks for the help

  6. so I broke in the motor today and tried to get it jetted. My problem is that right before the pipe comes on there is a slight bog/hesitation the power down low seems good and it good up on top.was only able to do a 3rd gear plug chop (small field) the plug chop looked nice. Mods are 4mm crank, FAST play port, 21 cc domes, +4 timing, open air box with k&n filter, 28mm pwk's and v-force reeds. The current jetting is 162 mains, 48 pilots and n68a needles in the middle clip. I had to stop riding because when I went to move the needle position I lost one of the clips. anyways any insight would be nice eleavation is about 800ft.

  7. so I am looking for a good starting point on my jetting, here is a list of mods

     

    4 mm

    play port

    k&n filter

    no airbox lid

    21 cc domes

    v force reeds

    toomey T-5s

    +4 timing

     

     

    The carbs are 28 mm pwks I have jjh and n86a needles. Will be running on 50/50 mix or straight av gas I haven decided yet. Elevation 800-1800 ft depending on where I am riding.

     

    So I am thinking about 50 pilot and a 158 main. What do you think?
