No I am in Canada. I took off the CDI hook it up to a 12 volt power supply with a spark plug in and there was no spark. Does this mean the CDI is fucked?

Hi guys, My name is Adam I am new to this forum. Never even knew it existed! Anyways I have an 08 Banshee and probably don't even have 20hours on it and it will not start. It will produce a small spark the first time I kick it over but then nothing. If I leave it for about ten minutes it will give another small spark. I have checked all the resistance ohms and they seem fine. All the connections on this bike are brand new and all seem to be working and connected properly. I hope it's not the CDI but have heard there is no way to check it. Does anyone have any tips for me? Thank you.
