-
Well i ended up buying a set of T3's off ebay for about $200, i hear good reviews about these pipes compared to T5, T6's, cant wait to get them in, also got some K&N pod filters!!

Love the grab bar, how much are you selling these for??

7mil is the most stroke you can put in stock cylinders without sleeving them, the cases do require trenching fo anything over 4mil stroke. Eric built a 7mil stock cyl for a friend of mine that would eat 4mil cubs for breakfast!
Im going to go that route once its time for a rebuild!!

Klotz Super Techniplate 32:1
-
Stick a 7mm crank in your stock cylinders with a set of 795 series 65mm pistons With porting and carbs I'll get you mid to high 80's HP with a broader power curve than a stock stroke big bore.
That would be one hell of a sleeper!!
-
IF your going to do +7mm crank you might as well do a +10 since you have to trench the cases either way.
+10mm stroker crank work with stock jugs or do you gotta get new sleeves?
-
Okay right on, ill start with those and fine tune from there, Thanks man i appreciate the info!!

Okay ill keep my eye out on some T5's then, ive had them before on my old bike and loved them....never had experience with FMF's or DMC's. Im just going to ride it piped/jetted for now, So far i have Uni filter, still stock air box and lid, drilled a few holes in the top of the lid but ill remove it once i get pipes, I will be ordering bigger main jets tomorrow. Im around 1100 ft elevation, what Mains would you guys recommend?
-
I may just get some T5's for now then get Sheares when i get my motor ported!!
-
Oh okay, so pretty much they run better with ported motors?
-
Hey fellas, i just picked up a stock banshee, i want to upgrade the pipes soon, ive had banshees with T5 and pro circuits, im thinking this time around i want to run SB sheares, how do they perform on a stock stroke/bore unported motor? for now i will just be putting bolt on mods on, then when its time to rebuild I will get it ported!! any input is appreciated, thanks!!
