  4. 1998 yamaha banshee. Excellent!!! +4 swing arm with roundhouse carrier. Steele braided brake line. New pads. +2 lone star A arms. Have Steele braided brake lines but not installed. New pads. ITP hole shots on black ITP baja wheels. Tread 85% DG front bumper Six pack rack on rear. Protaper handle bar. Fat bar with adapters. Terry Cable dual gasser throttle. Keihin 34mm PJ's less than 20hrs. Delta V-force 3 Pro Design cool head. 19cc domes. In line temp gauge. Hot rod +4mm crank less than 20 hours. Ported and polished cylinders. Less than 20 hours only .20 over stock. Port is very very smooth. It matches the crank very well. Toomey T-5's not chrome.
  5. It ended up being the rubber grommets on the intake boost bottle. They pushed up inside the boost bottle when I reinstalled it. I'm running a 48 pilot jet 172 main and needle on 2 clip from top. I live in KY so I don't know my elevation. But thats what runs with mine and seems like it is hitting right on all parts of throttle.
  6. Going to look at that this morning to see what happens. I was thinking it could be antifreeze. Yeah it was running before I did this. And 20cc domes will run on pump gas.
  7. Okay I'm going to see what we can do about my banshee not starting.. First off its 4mil, Ported, 34mm PJs, toomey t5, vforce 3, prodesign intake, plus other stuff to frame and Body. Anyways I am needing just a little help. I finally broke down and bought a cool head. So I took my running banshee apart today. It was running great before I started this. So I put the cool head on with 20cc domes. put everyting back together and motor wont start. I have fire from spark plugs... I have compression, new cool head. I am getting fuel plugs are wet when i pull them to check them. Banshee will not start. I sprayed starting fluid and it ran for 1-2 seconds. Any thoughts?
  8. This is my first post. I always have came here and looked for answers and usually find them. Just recently got my motor back from being rebuilt from bottom to top. 4mil and port work. I assembled the motor back to the frame and hooked up all the wireing. Banshee started 1st kick and idled. I warmed the motor up took it for a short ride. Everything was fine. Let cool down checked fluids, and Started it again. warmed motor up for a second time ran good for a few minutes... I then accelerated and was at about 3/4 throttle and it missed or backfired and died. started trying to kick start it but would not start.. head lights would light up as i kicked.. I have no spark. Tried a friends coil it didnt work. Tried a friends cdi it didnt work. Tried a friends run switch it didnt work. by passed the key it did not work. Everything looks good as far as wireing. or at least i think.. what do i need to look at? what could have happened? and help would be appreciated..
