  1. i was gonna get the 404 big bore from vitos 850 bucks NCLUDES-POLISHED HEMI HEAD WITH 24CC PUMP GAS DOMES-RH & LH CYLINDERS-NIKASIL 68 MM BORE-FORGED PISTONS-GASKETS-HEAD STUDS-LOCATING DOWELS-COOLANT PLUGS-PERFORMANCE PORT TIMING- TRIPLE EXHAUST PORTS--CAN BE USED WITH VITO'S PC3504 4MM STROKER CRANK FOR A SWEET 421--SEE CY421FKLR FOR 4 MM STROKER LONG ROD CRANKS is this a good thing to do or not and one more thing i put my stock carbs back on and it doesnt run very good its a lil better but didnt fix it im still running rich i think
  2. well alright ill give it a whirl i am probaly gonna get the 404 big bore kit so i might just throw my stock cards back on for now thanks for the help man
  3. alrighty thanks alot ill give it a whirl and let you know how it goes just one more question is there any secrets to set the idle
  4. alright ill give it a shot thanks alot so ill get a 160 main and a 48 pilot and go from there what should i start the air screws at and the needle position
  5. yeah its defenitly a real pain i just want to be able to ride it the way it is now it barely runs
  6. my elevation is 748 ft above sea level it seems like it would still be to rich like that but i will def give it a try im probably gonna get the jets off vitos performance unless there is a better place to get em
  7. alright man finally figured out how to get the needle out of the cutaway never done that before it is in the third one down from the top thats really rich isnt it and it is a cgl i might have to replace the needle too im just tryin to figure this out so i guess ill try a 50 slo jet and a 160 main could i just move the needle all the way down and get away with the 55 pilot or what and what about the air mixture screw thats the one by the air filter i think and coul this have caused my idle problems too
  8. yeah the pilot jet is a 55 the main is a 170 the needle is a 60 and i cant figure out how to tell what clip position and its 1.5 turns out
  9. im not really sure they told me they were set up for the 404 big bore ill have to check on the rest but they came with 160 165 and 170 mains i ordered them from vitos ill go check and get back with you
  10. i have a 1997 banshee that is mainly stock other than fmf fatty gold series high rev cdi 4+ degrees and vitos forged piston kit carbon reeds i recently go a really good deal on some 34mm pjs well i was wondering if it was possible for me to change the pilot main and the jet needle clip cause it runs really bad thanks for the help
