    Just joined banshee hq to get some advice on a banshee issue, and this guy has helped me immensely to make a decision on what to do. As I read the other comments on the forums, I was tentative to ask anything, as I didnt want to sound like an idiot, but he has made me comfortable enough to be a repeat customer. Thanks a tonne!
