  1. Hey, thanks budy. i appreciate that.
  2. Not trying to waist any of your guyses time. I know this has been asked many times. but i really need to know specifically. Sorry.
  3. I have just purchased a set of toomey tr6 pipes. So all together my shee now has: toomey t'6 pipes(270 jetting), v-force 3 reeds, k&n air filter pods. I am going to get +4 timing plate and bigger carbs here soon. But i need to know what gear ratio would get me my desired top end. i heard toomey tr6 have high rpms for none ported engines so i bought a set for 250$ on craigs list. I would like to at least be able to do high 70's - mid 80's(mph)in top end. Not faster or slower. I am at stock gearing right now which i believe is 14/42 and i get right at 72 mph. would 15/41 get me to high 70s if not more? I have been thinking about getting porting done but im unsure weather it would take to much reliability out of the quad or not. Unless i really need it for the top end im hoping for. any advice would be strongly appreciated, thanks in advance guys.
  4. I knew that! haha sorry about that.

  6. Alright thank you all. I will definitely find a builder i get a good port job.
  7. Alright, i will definitely get pipes, air filters, and jetting. To get it ported do i just take it to the Yamaha shop to have them do it? or do i have to find another shop. One more question for yo guys, If i get pipes, jetting, airfilters, and sprockets and just stick with the bolt ons for a while. Will i at least stay with the 450's? thanks in advance.=)
  8. I go riding pretty much every day of the week with friends. We hit jumps and ride in trails and dunes. My friends both have 450's. 1 trx 450r 1 yfz 450. They are both piped and jetted. But yeah My Banshee is a Bone stock 2006 model. I am willing to put about 1000$ into it in mods, minor mods saying pipes, jetting air filter, sprockets, and maybe even porting if it isn't to expensive. Oh yeah, and the list of mods i put on my profile thingy are only the mods i want to get. but im am unsure. Would the mods i listed be enough to keep up with the 450's? maybe even beat them?
