Just a quick follow up. This Banshee is still for sale. I have just rebuilt the top end so everything is fresh. New pistons, new rings, and I had the monoblock stripped and re-plated. During the course of an offer the potential buyer had requested a cylinder pressure test. Upon testing the results were 135 and 140 PSI which was low for 20 CC domes. Talked to Kevin at HJR and he said it should be 170 in good new condition. So I pulled the monoblock and sent it to him for inspection. He reported back that the plating was slightly out of spec but in good condition and I could just change the pistons and rings. Since it was off and he had it I decided to have it re-plated so that it was in perfect spec too. I have all the parts back and it is together and running. I am going to lower the asking price to $5200 or best offer. It is a nice clean Banshee with a new top end in it now... Below are a few pictures of the new internals. Thank you for the compliments! It was fun to build and real fun to ride. Just getting older (Did not say I was old!) and had enjoyed a Redline Revolt for all my dune riding, sold that and picked up a YXZ so I just don't use the Banshee. If it sells I will invest in a turbo kit for the YXZ.

For Sale - 99 Banshee. This was a complete tear down and rebuild / restore project I finished in 2011. I am going to offer it up for sale complete first and if there is no interest then I will part out. I am asking $6000.00 complete, I know that I will never re-coupe all the money that was put into this as I have over $9K invested but you could not build this for $6K. Hi guys, Looking for some recommendations for gearing. Current Mods: 421 Stage 2 Cub Motor - All parts from Kevin Herr - Should be in the 90HP range. Cut Trans - no override - Still a 6 speed. Looking to run a +4 swinger. 20 tires (8 paddle Hauler) I only have the 8 paddle as an option in the hauler with a 9 inch rim. Riding Types: sand, trail and hill climbing. I am not lookiing for a drag setup for the sand (may play a little with a drag or two but not my main interest). Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

ea Yea, that is what a light box will get you. They are easy to make and they really enhance taking pictures of products.
