the bike runs fine.i was just wondering about the needles

i have an 03 banshee,fmf fatty exuast,uni fiter,with stock carbs.im runnin a dyno jet kit with 340 mains and 30 pilots.i have stock needle,should i put the dyno jet needle.im at 16ft above sea level at 95*

i put 30 pilots and the air screws are all the way in do i need bigger pilots.it is very hard to start?

i live in lauisiana i tried 270,280 mains and 27.5,30 pilots.it runs good on top end with the 280's but it will not start or idle
