  1. Thanks Bro. So, I grinded the bolt down like 2-3mm and I grinded the inside of the cover (to the left of my finger) about 2mm and the thing is STILL TIGHT! I dont know what is going on with It but Im going to have to call Cascade and ask if they have heard of this or if they have any ideas. Ill get a pic up of the inside of the cap now and the bolt but i grinded them down pretty fauckin far. Thoughts anyone?

  2. Hello Gents,

So I bought a Cascade throttle extender and when I put it all back together and tighten the throttle cover the throttle is tight. The thread for the throttle is hitting the cover. Has anyone ever had this issue? I was thinking to grind down the inside of the cover a tad to give it some clearance. I have the washers and hardware installed correctly, it even comes with instructions. ANy thoughts or Ideas would be appreciated.

    Cheers!

  3. Yeah your shooting in the dark if youve never worked on a banshee or dont have a manual. Better to have a manual and just know where everything goes than have to take it apart and mix and match stuff. Also, a waaaaaay lower chance of failure with a manual lol. Everyone on here is very helpful but no website is gonna tell you what to do step by step or bolt by bolt and if they did it would take forever. Good luck with your rebuild, sounds like its gonna be a fun bike.

  4. Re-sync them. If i read this thread correctly, you were trying to sync them with the slides in backwards, this could be your issue. Also, do you have a sync tool or are are you doing it by eye? I ask because i thought i had mine and my bros banshee perfect by eye, then i bough a sync tool and found out they were actually pretty off lol. Since everything is clean now and you have new jets/gas in the bike and good compression etc. I think you may just need a sync. You may have fouled the plugs as well. So, new plugs and a re-sync is what i would do but thats just me. Hope this helps
