  1. yes, stock reeds and cages
  2. i mostly woods ride and drag race alot. mods are: rocket pipes of course, milled head running 135 psi, toomey 2 into 1 filter, oh and the ever popular boost bottle lol. jetting is 280 mains with stock pilots, stock needles in the 3rd clip
  3. the bottom end is actually better with the rockets IMO. i can ride low rpm wheelies now, before i couldnt get the front end to come up in low rpm. and the sound is something else!!
  4. yea, the guy who did my port work has CPI's on his abd runs about a 198 duration. he was telling me i should try that to get a bit more top end out of it. and also he told me reeds and raising my compression would help too
  5. i went from toomey t-5's to rockets and i do like the rockets over the toomeys. and the huge pipe look looks good on my bike lol. my exhaust duration is set for t-5 pipes so thats why i was asking if it needed changed.
  6. i just recently got a set of rocket pipes for my banshee, and im not sure if my exhaust port is set right for these pipes. right now its at 194, it runs pretty good there but im just wondering if they need to be raised more or just leave it. thanks
  7. running honda 80w oil (red bottle), not sure on what kind of clutch thinking stock, and havent had it apart yet.
  8. i have had my banshee for 2 months now and everytime i take a good long trail ride or make about 4-5 drag passes, my clutch lever gets loose and i have to tighten it up. after it cools off i gotta loosen it back up because its too tight. anyone know what could be causing this??
  9. i was just curious as to why, but im not worried at all. but it does have a throaty sound to it like alf was saying. also is it common for the pipe hanger brackets on toomeys to break?
  10. well i have listened to a lot of banshee's on youtube and where we ride and mine sounds nothing like them at all. not even one with good packing. would raising the exhaust ports make a difference in how a bike sounds?
  11. my bike has a set of toomey t-5 pipes on it and compared to other people that have them my bike is a lot quieter than theirs. it still runs very hard but just doesnt have that distinct toomey sound. any ideas?? also packing is new, has fresh rebuild with 145psi both sides, ported, and milled head.
  12. can someone bring me a throttle cable if they have an extra one?? it could use one but if not its ok i hope....
  13. on the running issue, did you put the hose between the carbs back on??? if not that could be why its running funny
  14. is it smoking real bad out of the right side pipe??
  15. that other banshee would be me lol. i agree he did a sweet job on the stuff.
  16. ok i would like to see some pics.
  17. how much you lookin to get out of them??
  18. just as the title says, i need a set of stock bore pistons, no super stocks as my cylinders are ported out. would like to find a set close to me so i can get my bike together.
