found the problem, park brake switch was still hooked up under the tank.

I just checked and the tors is already unpluged, and it doesnt have a parking brake.

hi, all, i'm new to banshees but i've built 4 or 5 rz350's which basically have the same engines. anyhow, this motor has a new crank, pistons, etc. before it was rebuilt, it had toomy t5 pipes, port and polish, and the jetting to match. my problem is it wont rev past idle. it idles smooth and normal, carbs are set and clean, new lines. what am i missing? and what is tors? any help is apreciated.
