  1. Ok here we go. Was riding in snow last year and banshee stalled out. Really deep snow for a long time, I thought I felt clutch slipping right before it stalled. It starts and runs fine but only with clutch pulled in. If u put trans in neutral and let out clutch it immediately stalls. It doesn't roll in neutral unless the clutch is pulled in. If u push quad hard enough it will roll but it bucks. Seems to shift fine. I can shift down into first, and up into second. If i roll it a bit it will go into 3rd and 4th etc. I adjusted clutch cable, clutch actuator ( arrow lines up perfect to one on case) and adjusted screw on pressure plate. I did notice that when adjusted u can pull screw on pressure plate in and out a little bit, not sure if that's normal? I checked shift mechanism and found the pegs of the shift star not exactly equal, less than a millimeter off. Could that have anything to do with problem? If u take clutch out, trans in neutral it rolls fine no binding. Also noticed on clutch pushrod heavy heat discoloration about 1 1/2 inch from clutch actuator side. It's that cool blu color that titanium gets when its hot :) lol any ideas where to go next?...

I pretty sure I'm gonna have to split case to see what's going on with whatever made that one section so hot it discolored pushrod

  2. i mentioned before about doing real carbon.....I've had quite a few emails about it too. if people were real interested I can do some since i already have all the expoy and shit. But that stuf ain't cheap and it's REAL hard to get the right ratio so they are flexable.I did three before I got a good raptor fender. I'm looking into fullbore plastic so I might try it on my banshee stockers. They are cut for the big tank though.

how much u think it will run to make front rear fenders and tank plastic?

  3. my '05 has about and just put T5's and get kit. Sick!!! It trys to rip the handle bars outta your hands.

Got a good deal off ebay. brand new, with jet kit, filter, vents for airbox

  4. Outwear goes over the filter. Several sites sell them. I personally dont use them.

You can use duct tape on your frame to prevent your pipes from getting scratched or scratching your frame if you hit it while putting the pipes on. That's what i do to take out my engine or put it in. Use a few layers, it's cheap!

yo that's a good idea, don't want to scratch the blingg!!

I think I'm just gonna put the vent in the top of the airbox so I don't have to worry bout water

  5. Ive had my banshee for a couple weeks now, love it!! things rips around the trails. Just got toomey t5 with jet kit and vito tors eliminator

Any suggestions on the install? things to careful of, watchout for, etc

Also how much water think i can go through if i install the vents on just the airbox lid?

any info or comments will be greatly appreciated!
