Well I took my banshee thru some mud and now she wont run. Air filters are K&N and they were muddy. She has good spark and plenty of gas. Could my exhaust be the problem?
She does well on gas. New air filter, no tubes clogged. This is a tuff one for sure. I ordered a carb kit and I will see if this helps. Thanks for the advice.
My wife has a 05 125 grizzly. I paid a mechanic $100 dollars to keep it freom fowling the plug. It is still doing the same thing as before. I ordered a carb kit for it. I believe that the previous owner cleaned and possibly dirlled out the jet. She blows black smoke and it sounds like it is flooding. Spark plug last 4 hours before needing to be changed. It has 120 psi of compression. It is not oil it is gas. Any advice for me?
I have a 01 shee with 18cc domes bored 40 over, stock crank. When dragging her she bogd down at high speeds and high rpms. I run 110 race fuel and don't kow what to check for. Any ideas?
One exhaust smokes more than the other one. Neither is excessive but I was thinking I should adjust the carb on the one that is not smoking much to match the other side. What are your thought? Thanks in advance.
Thanks guys. I am 42 years old and this is my first quad. I have a cruiser and a couple of dirt bikes but I always wanted a fast quad. I hope that I will be able to return helpful information to other people one day. Thanks.
Sorry I dont. How can I find out what i have? He did not know either. I got a great deal on this bike that is why I bought her. She runs very well but at $8 per gallon it get expensive. Will 110 hurt the motor after time?
I bought an 01 Banshee with many mods. C-T Cool Head, oversize carbs, bla bla bla. The previous owner ran 110 octane fuel in her. Can i run 93 and expect her to run as well? Thanks in advance.
