I just picked up a 2005 banshee and was wanting to change the oil but i need to know what kind of oil to put back in it?

how much for the rear tires?

do the stock air boxes come with the rubber boot?

Well you are in luck! It does have a title and I am close to cincinnati! I live in KY. I have relatives in georgetown KY so Im usually there alot. Its like a 45-50min. drive from there to Cincinnati.

in great shape and runs strong. I havent had it long and have only taken it riding twice.Bought a new RZR and this has been sitting in the garage ever since. It needs nothing except maybe some back tires. New holeshots on the front. FMF pipes and silencers $2900 obo

Well I went to check it out today and test drive it and it seemed to do pretty well. it felt strong and handled pretty good but theres a few minor things that caught my attention on it, well one in particular. On the left side of the engine, the cover ( im guessing its the stator cover) that is covering the front sproket was broken. The only part that was broken was the part that covered the front sproket. The sproket was not covered what so ever. He said alot of banshee owners did this so they could get to the front sproket easier without having to take the whole cover off etc (which i dont know about, ive never been around any banshee owners) but other than that from what i can tell it just needs a new headlight and the chain needs tightened (its loose as hell). I believe I am going to go pick it up tomorrow unless i change my mind by morning. I just hope im not buying something that has been torn apart and is going to tear up on me later on down the road...so needless to say im still kinda on the fence. I guess ill give you guys an update sometime tomorrow...

I offered him $2300 cash earlier and he said no way. $2800 firm. He said he should be asking more than he is

Hey guys im new to the site. I am going to look at an 05 banshee tomorrow. It is stock with fmf pipes. From the pics it looks great and the guy says its not been gutted or anything and claims its in great shape. he wants $2800. Is this a good deal? Also anything I need to look for when i go check this thing out tomorrow? Any info would be appreciated since im kinda new to the banshee's
