Can you give me a hint where the VIN is on these things? I couldn't find it. (of course I was trying to find it in the dark and rain with a flashlight.)

2003 Banshee for sale. This was owned by my brother-in-law and he did a lot of work on it. Then he had to move to a smaller place and it ended up in my backyard for the past 2 years. Now he wants nothing to do with it and I want it gone. I'm pretty clueless about it so I don't know how well I can answer any questions. I know the key is missing and there's a lock on the brake disc (also missing the key). Maybe someone can use it for parts or get a new ignition switch and fix it up. It was running when parked.
