  1. My FMF pipes hit on the coolant line too. I took one of the old rubber clamps off the old pipes slit one side and slid it between the pipe and the hose. then i zip tide it in place. i has been that way since it was 2 months old in 2005 with no problems.
  2. I have a 250r and a banshee. the 250r front end is much different it would take a lot of fabricating. Why do you want to do this? If you wanted a MX quad with a Banshee motor why not put the motor in the 250r frame?
  3. I Know its not really a product review but I'm very impressed. I ordered a set of CPI pipes on wednesday the 13th, they were at my house on Thursday the 14th. WOW 1 day! I opened them up and found CPI forgot to weld one of the mounting tabs completely to the pipe. I called Cascade and sent them pictures of the pipe on Friday morning. That after noon the called back and were willing to send me a replacement before i had even sent them the bad one back if i needed it for the weekend. I didn't need them that badly but that kind of service is hard to find. On Monday i ordered spark arrestors from Trinity racing and they called Friday to tell me there was a problem with my order. FRIDAY! that's 5 days they didn't even look at my order! I am very impressed with Cascade and look forward to continued business with them.
  4. I was just wondering if they would make the transfer into the power ban smother. Now at some of the hill climes that go into the watter that you cant get a run at, the power band hits so hard it will burry the bike in the sand when the tires come unglued in 1st +2nd. i was wondering if the needles would make it a smother transition. i don't have a problem with they way it runs i love the arm ripping power "thats why i bought the Banshee" i just thought they might be worth a try. Maby make the jet circuitry in the midrange more accurate?
  5. Has anyone ran the needles that cascade innovations sells for the stock 26mm carbs. they say that they smooth out the power band with t5's and cpi pipes. im running cpis v force reeds, 21cc domes, and +4 timing i was wondering how they would perform. if not what needles are people running on a simmilar motor. im running toomey needles now. this is the web site for them http://67.199.65.66/cascade_innovations/ne...ore_dept_id=102
  6. thanks, i just didnt want to go buy 10 bigger sizes before i go out to ride, if i wouldnt need them.
  7. I have just purchest a new set of CPI inframes to replace my FMF fatties. About how much will the new pipes effect my jetting. The reason im asking is i only have 2 sizes bigger than what im runnig now and dont want to have to buy more jets for my stock carbs that i wont need when i get 33PWk's this winter. The bike is stock with v force 3's, no air box, noss head with 22cc domes, and +4 timeing plate. Also this winter i am going to build a 4mm cub motor will these pipes work well or should i have gotten Shearers. thanks
