  1. what all is involved in doing so, do you have to split the cases to change out the pancake bearing rod and ball? wheres the best place to buy these? no the pancake bearing is easy to install all you have to do is pull the clutch cover off and u will see where it has to go it replaces the adjuster nut on the clutch pressure plate. its hard to explain without pics but it comes in a kit with a new nut and a flat needle bearing
  2. k thanks looks like ill be doing that this weekend who sells the best pancake bearing
  3. so what would happen if i just leave the pushrod an armature in the case and just replace the clutch ball and put a pancake bearing in and call it good. cause im not sure if this is true but somebody told me if i dont replace the pushrod it could weld it self to the shaft it runs through and and destroy the trans
  4. I having trouble with my armature on my banshee, it wont come out of the case. the other day the clutch lever went limp it had no tension on it what so ever. so i pulled the cover off the side to check out the clutch the clutch ball welded its self to the push rod. i havent tried to get the pushrod out yet but i know for sure my armature wont come out the case, im just wondering if i have to split the case or not or if i can just leave it alone and ust buy a new clutch ball and pancake bearing
