  1. I have an 88 banshee for sale that runs great has about 5 hrs on new topend and new clutch. It needs a lot of work needs new j-arms, rear shock, kick return spring and some other minor things. I bought this for the motor and carbs and wanted to buy a rolling chassis for it but can't find any in my area. I'm looking to get around $800 obo I live in southern mn and will send pics upon request.
  2. I have an 88 banshee and the bushings and ball joints are bad on the j-arms and wanted to know if I could go from a j-arm frame to a-arm frame will this work, will everything fit okay.
  3. Hell yeah nice pics makes me feel a lot more confident now. Where can I get a good deal on a set of new shocks and +2 a-arms, found some on ebay but they were all for 90 or newer banshees, I have an 88.
  4. I just bought a banshee 2 weeks ago and have not hit any jumps yet but heard they're not good for jumping, just wanted some opinions on what u guys think. I have an 88 with stock suspension and looking to upgrade to aftermarket shocks and a-arms any advice would be nice I mostly trail ride and jump occasionally nothing to big maybe 30-40 feet at the most.
  5. Just bought an 88 banshee today for $950, it's all stock except for tors removal kit and twist throttle. Just had top end rebuilt and it runs great, needs new wheel bearings and a-arm bushings. This is my first time riding a banshee and I was very impressed, very fast machine. I also own a yfz 450 and gonna take them both out tomorrow with a friend. I want to drag race tomorrow but don't know if I should because the banshee has just been rebuilt. Was curious to know how u guys broke in your banshee, did u ride it hard or take it easy.
