  2. is there a great all around pipe the fmf fatties say they are all around, sst sounds good to. havnt heard anthing on the fmfs or what about cpi thanks for any help. like i said love trail riding but dont want to lose any top end
  3. whats up ive had my banshee for about a year now just stuck some money into it. Its .20 over from wiseco w wiseco pistons, billet impellar modquad coolhead boost bottle, pj34mm carbs vf3 reeds,ported by mechanic, 19cc domes. i want to get some pipes for it right now i have some unmarked after market exhaust i have no clue what they are and some fmf silencers. I like to trail ride drag or get on the track from time to time i was considering the fmf sst with the turbine silencers or fatties, also heard pt mids were good what about toomy t5 any help would be awsome thanks
  4. thanks for all the help dont think ill return to that builder any suggestions on pipes. like i said would like a little more low end just for when riding trails but dont want to affect any of the top end was thinking fmf fatties or pt mids want the most bang for the buck.
  5. i have wiseco pistons ,34mm pj keihen carbs ,billet water impellar, modquad coolhead, boost bottle, vf3 reeds ,pro flo ,bore and hone ported, have older fmf silencers abd dont know what the exhaust are they are not stamed but are aftermarket. so you would defiently do the timing plate? plus 4 or more and should i run 32:1 40:1 like i said new to the game could use any help also w/ pipes
  6. just had some work done on my shee new to it, want to get everything i can out of it was wondering about the timing plate. I asked the mechanic who did the work on it and he said its not worth getting an adjustable plate that it would just run hotter and the gain if any wouldn't be worth it. What do you think? I also would like some more low end without hurting the top end any cheap or quick fixes for that.
  7. trust me you dont sound like a dick this is the same thing im thinking i feel like im getting screwed like i said i think he midiagnosed it from the beginning and now i just stuck a shit load of money into it and im sure im paying for his time to figure out what it was all along

  13. just got new keihen pj 34mm carbs vf3 reeds. when i bought it, it had fmf power core2 silencers fattys are aftermarket but they are not stamped anywhere so i have no clue what they are. with my new set up what would be best someone told me paul turners
  14. so im riding my banshee a few months ago and it just shuts down i think oh crap i just locked it up but no smoke or oil. My buddy pulls me home trying to pop the clutch the whole time but nothing. Get it home start to take it apart pistons are moving fine. buddy tells me probably ignition coil, so buy new one still nothing, now im stumped. Take it to a atv dirtbike mechanic few days go by he tells me impellar was clogged with mud and did some minor damage so i think cool. Wanted to do some upgrades at some point so i thought lets just do it now while hes got it. Bored .30 over and new wiseco pistons ported polished, new keihen pj34mm carbs new cool head v force 3 reeds new billet water impellar new quadboss cdi box, new stator. So as you can probably figure just spent some $$$$. Well its been about a month and a half weather getting nice ready to ride. He still can get no fire wtf is going on , he calls me today asked me if i did anything told what i told him from the start. It sounds to me like its the same problem that it was from the start. And now i'm sure hes charging me for something he misdiagnosed from the beginning any suggestions on what the problem could be would be of great help! B/c it sounds like he doesn't know and i'm no mechanic now im getting pissed. thanks
