Hello all, Anybody know what size of die to use to clean up threads on flywheel side of crank?

Help!! Has anybody else had this problem? I keep losing the same one of these two plugs. They are where the shaft, that the shift forks ride on. The E clip on the inside doesn't come off and the shaft doesn't slide out, just the plug comes out and then leaks oil. Any ideas?
