My bike in is the shop with HJR... I've had a boost bottle on my bike since I bought it, because I didn't know any better Anyway Kevin gave me a call yesterday.. I need a new boot or something because the boost bottle stretched something out So he took it off for me. I've had my shee a while.. but my brother always does all my regular maint and stuff that I need.. so I joined this site so I could learn more about my bike and what it all means.

I had a JL sub in my camaro till all my stereo equipment got ripped off.. The JL was the loudest, hardest hitting sub I've ever owned My alpine R series sub I have now is almost close to it but not quite

My brother and I bought banshees within like a month apart.. I bought a brand new 2000 white and red and he bought a brand new 01 blue... He's still on the same top end.. I've gone through 3.. in the shop for 4.. plus my crank went out.. Stator.. CDI box.. I've had nothing but problems.. And he does the maint on his bike and mine and we ride the same amount of hours So I must of got a lemon or something It's in HJR's hands now though.. so im sure my luck will be better with it

I bought a RS about 4 or 5 years ago because my stock one went out.. And I wanted to add some lazer lights on my handle bars.. I've never had any problems with mine but everyone else I've talked to has.. I think I paid like almost 200 for mine

Wow that is some bull crap.. Pretty much everyone in our camp that goes to the desert with us all have kids under 13 that all ride..

I ride at Ocotillo Wells.. I like it just cause it's somethin different once in a while.. I use to like riding on the other side in the mudd hills but last time I was out there a couple months ago they had signs everywhere saying there was no riding or closed to off roaders and crap

My brother and I put some on our bikes that we bought from our local home depot he's never had any problems with his but mine get really soft.. Kevin with HJR.. said he would go back to the stock ones.. so that's what I'm gonna do.. I don't want to chance messing anything up since we do ride at Glamis and Gordons.. and it gets pretty warm

I have a alpine deck with the I-pod cable a punch 2 channel 300 watt amp to push my 10 in alpine R series sub and I have a 600 watt alpine 4 channel for my 6.5 in polk componet speakers in the front and a set of 6.5 in polk in the back The one sub hits hard in my little hyundai :biggrin:

Well my front fenders are black, the race cut style.. I guess they are called? and my back are regular white ones.. but standing my quad up in my garage for so long.. and crap falling on it.. my back fenders are kinda bent.. so I just want to get some new black ones eventually So thanks for the info

I dropped my quad off with Kevin last night! I'm glad it's finally gonna be fixed.. He was really nice and explained everything I'm glad I was told about him and this place :biggrin:

I use Yami-Pod It's free Basically I use my I-pod as a temporary hard drive to take music from my friend's computers and put it on my computer and then add it to my I-tunes. Quick way to get lots of musc all for free! http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/downloads/ I just picked up a 1tb Sea Gate extrnal hard drive @ Best Buy for 99 bucks. Works great and you don't have to reformat it if you're transfering something bigger than a gig like a movie or something

Thanks! Do you happen to know if he puts the motor back in the bike as well? lol I know he rebuilds motors and stuff but I wasn't sure if he put it back together if you needed him to or not. Sorry if that sounds stupid :shrug:

Hey Everyone I'm new here as well I heard about this place from a friend at work.. I have a 2000 banshee.. that has been broke for a while.. my brother said the crank seized up..(just one arm of the crank) so I guess I need a rebuild for the top and bottom end.. Since I live in San Diego I am hoping to take it to Herr Jugs Racing sometime this week or weekend.. I need to call them first lol I heard about them from my co worker/friend as well And I have been reading some posts on this board before I even signed up.. and it sounds like a lot of you all have used them too
