Whats up i need some help, I just bought a 87 banshee and it has twist throttle and i hate twist throttle. how would i go about changing it back to thumb? i kno i have to buy a thumb throttle assmbely first but how do i replace the twist? do i need all new cables going to the carbs?
Its prodesign cool head, and with my elevation i should be at aleast 150. but when u test for comperssion are u suppose to let the bike run for a lil bit cuz i didnt i just tested it?

i swaped the carbs to see if it was the carbs its not. also i just put brand new sliencers on not too long ago so its deff not that. do u think it could be the piston
Why is this? Is it a bad thing? Here are specs on my bike its a 98' ,406 big bore with 4 mil stroker crank,vito crank,forged power pistons,boyessen reeds,cool head with 20cc domes ,barnett clutch,toomey T5s,jet kit,pro design filter.
I Have a 98 banshee thats 406 big bore with 4 mil stroker crank,vito crank,forged power pistons,boyessen reeds,cool head with 20cc domes. that was done last year around this time, My question is how long do you think till my pistions blow or something else goes wrong with the engine? or if u cant answer that whats the avarge lifespan for a forged piston?
