Kick start is not catching anything... i can move it by hand all the way down with effort at all... I looked through the forums to see if anybody else has had that problem but didnt see any posts about it. whats do yall think is going on here?

accidently stalled the shee and when i went to start it up again the kick start was hard as hell to move. it would move smoothly for one or 2 trys then go back to being really hard to move. what is up with this? any ideas?
