how much are you trying to get out of the motor and whats the deal is it running or whats it need

I blew her up and instead of resleeving i want to go back to stock or .40 over at the most, here is what i need i need the head and cylinders thanks

thats what i was thinking, it only had about 30 hours on a rebuild and that carb was sticking wide open so i imagine it was that, but the bottom end was rebuilt too so i shouldnt have to mess with that right? so if i can find a stock cylinder and head what else would i need? the pistons and crank bearings is that it?

but the whole resleeving part is what im thinking this can be kind of expensive cant it?

hey everyone i just found this site and so far i love it, i wish i would have found it sooner. but anyway to my problem.... i have an 87 banshee i blew the motor it was bored .80 over already, but it fried the rings the cylinder is shot now, the head is shot, and the crank bearing is gone. it was caused by my right side carb sticking open as far as i know. but anyway im trying to decide whether to have some one rebuild this, it would probably require re sleeving and the whole 9 yards or find a cheap used motor. im trying to get off the cheapest way possible here and any help would be greatly appreciated and if anyone here has a used motor let me know thanks
