Rebuilt my engine a year ago havent used it to much within the year and last time i put new gas in it was when i went out to the sand dunes in july. My question is what you think why it won't start suddenly and do you think my engine won't start because of old gas? If i spray starter fluid in it, it will start fine then die like it is out of gas also. Checked spark and that is fine. Thanks for any help

quick question i was running my banshee today and it was heating up pretty hot where coolant came out i have not jetted yet and haven't check my spark plugs i know i should and will but do you think it is heating up because its not jetted my mods are above thanks for any help

i want to jet my carbs but not a carb expert i rebuilt carbs before but not these ones so i just wanted a further description and diagram anyone know where i can find one? i have dune port 20 over bore wiesco pistons v fore 3 reed t5 exhaust just air box with k&n but going to get pods soon, also want to know what you think i should put them at im in michigan 75 right now but will be getting hotteer and on the dues its even more thanks for any help

just rebuilt my engine and now its not starting i think its something with ignition any ideas or common problems or where to start troubleshooting

called richards parts my brother told me about them saying that they can work on 2 stroke stuff because the company he works for does business with them i guess but when i got there they said they have worked with banshees. who would you go with hjr or fast cause i been looking at both of there websites and am not sure which one to go with im thinking fast because i probably wont have to pay so much in shipping

where is hjr and FAST located though seeing where i would have to send it to?

i took my cylinders to a shop to get bored and ported and they call me back with saying 500 for both port and bore is this right or too expensive? thanks for the help

Im not really on a specific budget but not looking to buy a cheetah kit from trinity for 2800 bucks, this is my winter project and i am taking my time on it because i want it to be nice and work perfect when im done. Thanks for the info so far and just had a quick few questions about your answers first is why would boring not give much more power? and i am interested in looking into the porting of what you say and what i have read and was just wondering how i can contact one of them guys and which one you prefer me to contact because i am from michigan? My 96 died so now i have to rebuild, checked compression and it was 115 in one cylinder and 15 in other cylinder. lol Took it all apart and found out my first ring disintegrated in my cylinder lol anyway since i have to rebuild i was thinking to do some mods already it has toomey t5 and a k&n in the air box and i was thinking of boring out the cylinders. One question is how much can i bore out the cylinders on stock cylinders? Then i was questioning what else i should do cool heads with 20cc domes? wiseco pistons or just oversized pistons to what ever i bore at? timing plate, not sure any inforamtion on that have not done any research on timing yet? and porting if i can do with dremel? Where can i get get a good rebuild kit? any other suggestions would be appreciated if you could please. I want to make it faster so some friends will stop say their 4 wheelers are faster lol one has another shee not really bragging but other friend has a raptor 700 have not raced him but i want to shut him up for good lol Thanks for all the help
