On my 4 mil HJR motor with 18 cc domes, 180 PSI and Toomeys I ran 310's also. I ran 280-290 on my "bolt on" banshee. I run 100LL in all my motors.

The 10mm crank Andy used in the 10DM he built me is still going strong today. That motor was built in 2010.

No hidden agenda. .nobody will be waiting for you with a sock filled with nickels if that has you worried. I just think if we all met and had a good time riding and sharing ideas and BSing, we'd help the sport more than all the bickering will. Never hurts to widen ones perspective now does it?

Sprinklerman is right... It always cracks me up how a group of guys that love the same sport so much, can be such complete and utter assholes to one another. Must be the safety of a keyboard. I'm convinced, if we all met there would much more civility.

Shearers won't have the best curve. We already know that much. Peak HP won't be more than 2-4HP higher than the next closest.
We've got to remember this is a 4mm Serval. 2-4 more peak horsepower won't even be noticeable in the type of riding these motors are used for.
You're testing a serval? I thought it was going to be on a cub.

Following... Just want to say thanks to everyone putting in the time and effort to do this. Hope it doesn't turn into a shit storm like most things do around here. I'm shopping for a new set of pipes this winter for a 10 mil serval im putting together so I really do hope this goes down.
I hope you plan on running gear oil and a drain bolt on this build.

take the stickers off and apply this. I used Krylon fusion to paint mine too. It came out ok, but after I applied this stuff it looked great! put about 3 coats on over a 3 day period. Letting each coat cure before you apply another.

Is the color of the tank clear or white?
I am selling this for a friend... so I don't know what it is for sure. It does not look white to me... has a little yellow in it. Does that help?

Cylinders have a fresh hone put on them by Cam. Head studs included this time. These cylinders run HARD and have very little time on them. Small damage on bottom left skirt as seen in photo but DOES NOT affect anything! $600 gifted through paypal.

Radar, can you elaborate on why the 20 inch tires are a problem? what if he compensated with gearing? I see people run 22 inch tires on many drags builds... what is it about the extra two inches if gearing is optimized for your hill/engine combo?
