go buy a bolt that is the same size and throw a nut or two on it and turn it off or weld an old 1/2 socket to the bolt.

I have put alot of round house set-ups together on shees ,everyone made me shake my head,I made my own for my bike out of aluminum stock, took two tries but its tight
thanks i knew i wasnt crazy to me its to much play and yes i have the alumunium spacer with two flat sides in there. sleeper car to make another?
-
are they all like this? it seems to have alot of play when bolted to the brake plate. like moving back and forth . i would think this would wear out the aluminum bushing that goes between the swingarm boss and brake plate .

Did they check your frame for a vin? Is it a mail in ticket or do you have to appear
-
i think i have exactly what your looking for . let me check as im shipping some items on thursday . ill let you know what kind they are i know they are sand stars on a 10 inch rim.

no i cant work on it much in the week. but i did get all stainless brake lines made for it and installed today. had to bend the stock hardlines a bit to make it work . also got the front hubs done but im thinking of swithcing to the jj and a 3 bolt front hubs and have them powdercoated along with the rear hubs. it would really show off the front rotors.
-
like so tight i bound one up and had to use alot of mallet to get it out.
i need them to go in pretty freely otherwise they will bind not giving the shock its full funtionality.
im going to see what kind of tips i can find for the dremel . im thinking the ones that are like little buffing wheels.
what kind of bits did you use crazy cat?

has anyone ever ran into a problem powdercaoting mulitple rate springs?
i did mine the same color as my bike but now when i try to fit the metal sleeves inside the first and second set of springs the powder seems to have thickened it to where i cant get them in at all. dont know what to do from here. i dont really want to scrape all the powder off but what choice do i have ?

its going to be an all around bike not strictly dragger. i plan to run the dunes a bit is why i went the +6 swinger.
i didnt get any pics today as i was pretty tired. got all the calipers rebuilt . rebuilt the works triple rates and polished them. polished the brackets for the rese's . got all the rear linkage on . the handlebars with the longer throttle lever. still another full days worth of work left .
i need to find some tie rod balljoints as i tore the rubber parts upon removal. also took my brake lines off to get new stainless ones made. next weekend is vegas so after that ill get back on it.

i have black fullbore front with the new billet grill from fullbore that has the horizontal lines. im thinking of polishing the grill and having red real fire painted on it . im still undeceided on the rear though . cut stockers or fullbores cut or not.
im also torn on what to do with the wheels . leave em polished or powdercoated/black or red to match .

ive been using hq all day and it just started doing this how do i fix it?

can someone explain to me what the pros and cons of running spindle mount wheels are? does it save that much weight? does it bring the wheel in further?
-
theres a guy called the shock doc on http://www.cannondalecentral.com/ that will do a pair of works for 60$
depends what needs to be replaced .
i got my bike with a set of triple rates and they were worn out. taking them apart is pretty easy and so is rebuilding them . just for a seal kit is like 35 bucks and then you may need some other parts like eye bushings, oil .
-
they are from a noss head.

lol @ chrome moly.

Mine are close together and never had a problem, the bracket was bought for $15

whats the interference i hear about some people having and some not, im running the br8es plugs so i dont know if that has anything to do with it.
