  1. i live near tulsa oklahoma ill prolly endup takeing it to someone who knows what there doin ive had this thing apart a bunch and never seem to get it rite
  2. lol yes its not very fun at all i cant really tell if the rod is mushroomed so im gonna replace the actioator and the ball and try it again if that dont work ill have to wait till i get the money to have someone fix it
  3. i was hoping i wouldnt have to do that im really not experienced doin stuff like that ive herd good stuff about passions wonder how much he would charge to do all of that how hard is it to do im ok with mechanical stuff but ive never been that deep into one
  4. i took the actuator out but i cant really tell if the rod is mushroomed but the actuator itself is burnt and has burs all over it and it only has prolly 30 min of ride time on it
  5. yea i plan on getin one but the problem im having rite now is that i cant get the rod out any tips
  6. so i started taking apart my clutch and i couldnt get the ball out i finally got it out and the ball looked like it had started to weld itself to the rod and now i cant get the rod out the weird thing is that there has only been about 20 min on it since i replaced the ball
  7. well now i got another problem i changed out the actuator on the other end of the rod and havent put an hour on it and its messed up again do yall think that could of ben caused by the ball being welded to the adjuster or what would cause that? i changed it before i realized that the ball wes welded

  10. o sorry no mine still has it but i ordered a new one it was kinda weird when i took it apart the ball bearing was stuck to the adjuster screw it was really on there to i had a hell of a time getin them apart does that happen often the ball had 2 flat spots one where the rod is and one where it was stuck to the adjuster screw
  11. ive been having trouble geting my clutchs to adjust right i get them right then ill ride it for like 5 min then i wont have any clutch at all ive ordered a new clutch cable a new actuator and the screw you tighten and loosen the clutch so all i didnt get is the rod how often do they get wornout i should get the parts tomorrow but im kinda wondering if i should have got the rod

  14. i was just wondering if noss does porting and stuff like that i noticed that there shop is like an hour from my house and if they do it would b convinent to take my stuff there
  15. yea i looked at that tool on the fast but i was still kinda wondering about the single carb setup like what r the best carbs my banshee has had port work and the head milled i dont know alot about that stuff so im not sure what size carb to get
  16. hey guys im new to banshees i just got a 95 about a month ago. its got 34 mil carbs on it and im having trouble getin them synced im sure i could take it somewhere and get it done but ive seen that alot of ppl on here have a single 36 mil carb what r the pros and cons to this i do alot of trail riding i wont really b in the top end much.
