ahh, i think i have the same problem, my throttle kept sticking when open, leaving me to pull the kill cord (after nearly driving straight into my neighbour house!)
So a nice amount of carb cleaner should do the trick?
I did notice my slides were silver in colour too.
On mine since taking the carbs apart to check the other day (before reading this post) now when i let off the throttle the revs takes ages to drop back down - any ideas why?
Im not very good with carbs, but i know the jets were all clean and i cleaned out my filter etc.
Im unsure what to adjust
