I have a 2003 4mm Motor for sale. Right now the Lower Half is ready to go with a Hot Rod 4mm Crank and spacer plate for jugs. Compelte Lower half of Motor $500 plus shipping. I have a freshly bored and honed set of ported jugs that are 65.50mm with NEW wiesco Pistons to complete this motor. They are on the way back from FAST right now. $450 for them. (just spent $250 on pistons, bore, and hone) I will put the motor back together and sell it running and fresh for $1050.

Its dieing... Think the Pilot may be to much?

Got the new setup "Started" tonight just to hear the motor and CPI's. I can not get the idle to adjust on these 34mm PJ Carbs at all. I have turned the choke knob both ways till it stops, put it in the middle, and cant see a change. Setup Right now 421 Stroker 4mm Crank Vitos Ported Clys Vitos Hemi Head 18cc Domes KEIHIN PJ34MM CARBS 34mm Intake W no Boost port CPI Inframes 112 Sunnoco Fuel at 40 to 1 mix Carbs are stock jetting of 152 main, 55 Pilot, needle is in the middle on 3rd Clip Air/Fuel Screws are 1.5 out What could I be doing wrong? Is there a trick?

Yeah everyone I talked said the power is better from these so thats why i went with them. My T5's on my other bike look WAY better even after 8 years to me! Should have just got some T6's!

Brand New Set right from CPI. Small Dent in Left pipe you can see when mounted. The words CPI are on the inside of the pipe towards the motor on each side. No Hardware at all... Dont know if its the guy I got them from on EBAY or what, box looked directly from CPI. Trying to return these for sure!

They are stock that are ported and big bored thats all.

They are Keihin PJ34mm carbs like I said up top? Not stock, they are Upp Intakes. Its all brand new stuff just wondering what jets to try and if I should even use the boots before I take them out the pack? By stock carbs, I meant Stock 34mm PJs out the box sorry, just reread my info and saw how that can be confusing!

Looks like the stock jets are 55/78/152.... Thoughts?

The intake boots I got dont have the crossover port in them. Thats why i asking what is the prons and cons of having it that way?

Got my new carbs, intake, and filters today. Should I run the intakes with no Boost port or get some with it? I think I found the problem.... 115lbs on the left and 95lbs on the right... Way to low for the setup. Jugs are on the way to FAST as we speak!
