No title bike was bought in Kentucky they didn't issue titles till a few years ago. Still to this day i believe you have to ask the dealer for one or they won't give you one.

Parting this out for a buddy's dad. He rebuilt it last year broke the motor in road it up and down the road a few times. Then he but it up.
