i have a small powdercoating business and a coustomer wanted a clear coat over the color, the reason being was they did not wont the color to scratch up, and then i explained if you scratch the clear coat you still have the same problem.

yes they work great but my business has grown off these guns and now it is time to up grade to a WAGNER

is any one intrested in these guns, very good guns i have 4 of them. the adjustable one goes up to 50kv wich means better powder cover smoother finish and you dont waste a bunch of powder and gets into the tight spaces. i have been powdercoating for a while now and have not had any problems with the guns. stop paying to get your parts done and do them your self all you need is an old oven and a compressor and start saving money it only takes 20 min at 400deg. and bam your done. i have the newer one it is black

these are engraved i can engrave just about anything you wont on the washer they are custom ordered

ive been powdercoating for years you dont heat the part up first you just ground it powdercoat it and then put it in the oven you are talking about hot flocking and by the way you heat it to 150 if you are going to hot flock also it does not give it an even coat. that is done when you have a cheap gun and your trying to do a double coat or tripple and like i said it is not even.
