I've been reading these 2into1 posts to get info on my Dynoports for better jetting ideas. So far I absolutely love the pipes. It all depends on how you are riding. For normal trail riding and hill climbing I think they are much better than dual pipes. I have yet to find anyone that can release their clutch with no throttle input and just let the idle (normal speed idle) pull the quad forward without stalling. It sputters a bit but doesn't stall. Can't do that with duals. Also the motor runs smoother. Just rode the Marienville bike trail in PA this past Sunday for the first time with Dynoports on. Worked it up the rock hill without 1 stall, and lugged it over the rough stuff in 3rd up and down the hills without having to keep shifting. Before this I was always shifting to keep in on the band (stock pipes of course). Plus you cant beat the used price of them.
hey that no one can let the clutch out at idle statement is a load of shit lol. i have T-5s and one time my banshee was idling and i step over the seat from the clutch side and step on my shifter and it clicked into first with abosolutely no clutch and jerked and idled away while i fell off the back and busted my ass. i had to get up and chase that bitch down. guess i shoulda been holding on or not stepped on that shifter.

the 15-40 is like all high speed gearing. stock gearing is 14-41. 14-41 is actually almost dead perfect. if you want it even lower just toss a 13 on the front and see how you like it. no one gear combo is gonna be the best. and i think loco is talking about the low rpm power of your engine.

Just bought A Banshee today & I pull the clutch in & it is still engauged in gear, cable is fine, Moving on top of the case. What is the problum ??? O it has been sitting for 2.5 years.
you gotta do three things. first use the search button. then buy a clymers. then adjust your clutch.

pop the bead off and make sure that it is clean in there. use some kind of solvent. they have special solvents just for that. also could be sticks or small rocks in there. happens alot on my grizz wen i go mudding and shit. check to see if the bead on the tire is gouged up too. if it is maybe you can return the tire. if not then i guess slime it

i think stock is around 135psi so ne less than 115psi i would rebuild. that is if you have stock head and port and everything.

yeah im sure jeff from FAST could prolly snag you one. if he doesnt have it i ordered all the parts to rebuild my carbs from this place. no minimum amount per order and they were pretty easy to work with.

i swear loco just posted this link like two days ago. check out mattonmachine.com they have some sweet cases. prolly a bit steep on pricing but it would be unique and still kick ass to the hq world. you toss a sled motor in there and its not really a banshee nemore

wat type of riding do you do? drag? dune? im doubting any trail riding but either way we r going to need to know a few more things? oof or inframes?? i heard shearers were all topend and no lowend so would prolly ber better for hillshooting and drag. i think CPIs come on a lil sooner and as far as wat makes more all out power im not really sure. someone will chime in and let you know

that twin cam shit is hilarious! there is a kid here that will argue with me for days that his banshee was faster than mine. i would ask wats done to it and this was his reply.

P.S. he tells me he doesnt use a clutch to shift cause it makes his bike pop a wheelie every shift that way???? idk wtf he is talking about

you said ur hrc kit only 450r has 45hp here, then 50 a few pages up. which is it? either way ur no where near 50. i owned an 04 with an hrc kit and would bet if its quicker then my banshee w/ t5s that it isnt much and top speed they should be the same or the bansee winning. and why do people always try to give a concrete number on hp? i dont own a dyno, but from what ive seen it depends on the day, temperature and more. also there should be an age limit, because if bansheeboy is 15, than how old are some of u other guys....

my 94 blazer. just a few small things done. im rebuilding the trans right now with raybestos stage 1 clutches and kevlar band, transgo shift kit, vette servo, .490 boost valve, and 13 vane pump. shuold be good to go now.

probably costed 25 million dollars to engineer the damn thing, just to replace a 15,000 dollar truck. When we gonna figure out how to cure some diseases? Maybe feed some people? yeah i thought the raptors felt a lil big to. alot taller. or you could get a grizzly700 and mod that bitch out. mine is pretty fast and it almost stock. toss a pipe and programmer on it and your at like 85 hp so they are pretty fast. and you can do a shit load more mods. even turbo now. just depends on how much money u have.

if ur dad owns a trck u prolly wanna go the +2 a arms and suspension front and rear! maybe a mx port plus timming like chris said, and coolhead and domes. u prolly want high compresion and alot of timmign to have lots of power down low. so might have to run race gas if u wanna get that wild. maybe wider axle and offset rims so it handles real well and has a BA stance. toss a billet impeller while you got it apart. also maybe a pancake bearing and such just for protection. for pipes you r gonna prolly want some type of mid pipe. i have heard alot of good things about procircuits for mx style riding. i also wouldnt go ne larger than 28mm carbs if you ride alot of track.
im making all these suggestions based on that you ride track the most. if u wanna drag or dune then most of that was useless lol
