Sorry for the late reply but i work 14 hour shifts mon-sat so firsts things first what do i need to do after i pull the motor sunday cause thats the only day i have to fuck around. Oh and what the hell are (jugs) i heard someone say that and the type of racing i will be doing is 8th mile. I was also told that the previous owner had the motor bored over to a 400....not sure how true it is but id still rather build the shit out of it so i know what is done to it. Sooooooo. Im gonna let you guys guide me..or mabey i should say guide my money to the right places. I think i have found my new addiction God help me. Oh and buy the way you guys are the freakin shit i have never met nicer people on a forum in my life damn im excited.

will i have to re register and all that crap or can i just pay the 30 big ones lol..

Ok ive got a stock shee with some mikuni carbs (size of the carbs are unknown) So hit me with it. ive got roughly 3800 to play with. id like to focus mainly on suspension and motor work id like to know were i can get some reputable work done on my motor. I will be tearing down the whole motor this weekend. So from carbs to the exhaust let me know what you guys know recommend. oh and id like to keep the chassis stock except for the swingarm. Hp goals are around 90 to 100 hp. Thanks for all the advice Justin.

yeah i plan on doing so serious mods on the shee. ive built to turbo civics on my own (not tuned by me but you get the point). im not sure what alot of horsepower is for a shee but id love to have about 100hp or as close as possible mabey even be able to beat a 600cc bike through the eight. so start tellin me what need to do to scream and im all for it. im gonna pull my motor out tommorow and stip it down

I actually bought some toomey t5's that came with bigger jets also so i guess im off to a good start. They havent come in yet but i can"t wait to get them what type of carbs should i get it already has some mikuni or whatever there called but it looks like i could use some new ones.

yeah ill get a pic up as soon as possible. First off id like to tell you the type of riding my friend and i do. There arent a whole lot of places for us to ride so we just hit up dirt rodes and then a couple of weeks ago we started drag racing on an old abandoned road so i think im leaning more towards the drag racing setup so if you guys could guide me in the right direction on a suspension setup for drag and how i should build my motor towards dragracing thanks for all the input. hey guys i was wandering were i could get a new motor...Like a brand spanking new one with no hours on it at all. I bought my shee about a month ago and it runs fine but the guy that i bought it from was the second owner and there are wires hanging everywhere. I would just feel better if i could start from scratch so if someone could be so kind as to point me in the direction of where i could get a new motor i would greatly appreciate it. thanks Justin

So....hey guys and girls im new to bansheehq..last week some friends and i were talking about dragracing our quads ive got a banshee and the 2 guys i ride with have a bombardier 650 and the other has can am 450. I need new tires but damn i didnt think they were gonna kill me that bad. We were on the pavement and it seemed like every race i would kill them out of the whole but when i would hit second they would fly by me. I payed 500 dollars for the shee so i dont feel to bad about it but im very new to the whole quad scene and i was just wandering if you guys could give me some advice on how to give my she a good tune up so it will run a lil bit better. When i bought the thing i was told it was bored over to a 400 with a wiesco piston. That may be true but when i started lookin at the bike the boot on the left airfilter was cut i think the plugs have fouled out and the silencer has no packing in it at all. Anyway what are some good basic mods i could put on my shee to murder these guys the next time we meet up. Oh. by the way we are gonna start drag racing more often but we do ride trails alot so id like to keep it an all around good bike for anything. Thanks in advance... Justin
