hi i just took apart my banshee and the pistons have a78e7 8963 68.95mm :geek: on top of the pistons i think there trinity. I have the numbers ck158 on my rods on the crank shaft can anyone tell me what i have like the stroke and the pistons pin hieght so i know what to order so i can rebuild my bike. thank you

ok my bad i have a 446.4cc motor with pwk 36mm carbs with an 4mm hotrod crank trinity stage2 port job with toomey TR6 exhaust trinity stage 4 intake and boost bottle trinity satge 4 cool head with 18cc domes and 70mm forged trinity pistons with boost ports cut in pistons and plus 4 degree key and kandn filter I think that's all and I double checked my wording

sorry i said i was running 35mm pwks I'm really runing 36mm pwks

I'm runing T5 toomeys and the elevation is 450 ft .

I had a banshee with a 4mm crank and bored .30 over with trinity pipes and I ran a 27.5 pilot jet a 320 main jet and the needle i moved the clip one notch up from the middle.I would say your probably will end up around a 320-340 main on stock carbs with either 27.5 pilots or 30 pilots i hope this was some help for you.

hi I just got done rebuilding my banshee I had it on alchol before the rebuild. Now I'm going back to gas I just bought some 35mm pwks dual carbs I have the following parts in my new motor, I just put some 70mm pistons with boost port, trinity stage 4 cool head with 18mm dome's,with an hotrod 4mm crankshaft,trinity has done an stage 2 port job,What jetting should I start off with and any idle what will be close to were I should end up at. and I'm going to put on any EGT sensor on it later what temps should the motor be running at wide open throttle and idle any ideals I will thank you in advance.
